The Spotify Walking Playlist

As I walked through Wales researching this book, I listened to a many different types of music.

Some songs were about nature and trees. Other music came from Welsh bands, new and old. And I also had a staple of old favourite tracks that I like to listen to on long walks.

I’ve compiled them in one Spotify playlist for you, also, to enjoy.

The Gig Club Playlists

My Return to My Trees playlist was inspired by another project that grew out of lockdown – a series of collaborative playlists compiled by a group of friends and myself.

They started as a weekly project during lockdown when we couldn’t go and see gigs in person.

And they’ve continued ever since! We’ve compiled playlists for most years since 1950 as well as on specific genres and geographies. Take a look and a listen over at Gig Club Online
