Walking and Wellbeing

The idea for this book began while I was taking walks to ease my own anxiety during lockdown.

The pandemic has highlighted just how important it is to acknowledge and look after our mental health.

Through this project I explore the relationship of walking in nature to our sense of wellbeing, and I draw on a lot of research and studies to inform my thinking.
