A pleasant 16km ramble from llanddeusant to Myddfai and then onto the market town of Llandovery.
This walk picks up the Cambrian Way and follows it around Mynydd y Llan and Fedw Fawr to the village of Myddfai.
From there the path climbs over Myrtle Hill before joining the Heart of Wales Line walking trail into Llandovery.
