A challenging 21km undulating walk from Borth to Machynlleth.
This walk picks up the Wales Coast Path and follows it north east as it rises above the Dyfi estuary to the old industrial centre of Furnace.
The path climbs steeply through forestry tracks after the start of Cwm Einion celtic rainforest with further steep sections around Glaspwll. On the outskirts of Machynlleth, the Path meets the Glyndwr Way, named after the last true Prince of Wales – Owain Glyndwr.
