A 16km easterly walk along the Hiraethog trail to the historic village of Llanfihangel Glyn Myfyr.
The walk starts by picking up the Hiraethog trail and heading north for a few kilometres before turning east and walking the high ground through the Merddwr valley.
At Cerrigydrudion, you leave the Hiraethog trail and follow footpaths through farmland and woods until you reach St. Michael’s church situated next to the Afon Alwen. The church and village inspired Wordsworth to pen the poem Vale of Meditation.
